On initial delivery of the vehicle for diagnosis I had to wait nearly an hour for a lift home within the town, although I was told to expect a 30 minute wait it was evident from the waiting area that there were a large number of staff members present
From start to finish I had a single point of contact who organised everything, from the sourcing of new parts, the interation with the BMW workshop to planning and organising the sub-contractor for refurb of the alloys.
The service included a free wash but the door channels on the rear boot door still had debris in them

with a full service and MOT I would have expected the tyre pressures to have been checked but the very next day a message came up to say it was low and needed checking so I went to my local garage
All the work was carried out and the car returned at the time agreed.
I needed brake discs. waited a month. Was loaned a 1 series which is great for 1 or 2 days but was uncomfortable. They did not have another car. I needed 3 tyres, the air pressure in each varied a lot with 1 over 40psi. I have a photo of readout.
