I was kept informed of progress from the time I ordered my car until delivery.

Toby went the extra mile. Annoyingly though, neither the AA insurance not the DVLA had a record of my particular model. This made insuring the car a real problem. I don't blame Vertu for this however.

The salesman kept me informed during the long delivery delay. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the handover was excellent.

I dont have the car back yet, it is due later today and BMW have had it for a week. A replacement car should have been offered for that period of time which is the reason for the low score.

The deal I was offered seems like an attempt to scam me. I might be 71 years old, but I'm not senile or stupid. Plus I have not had a call back from the dealer to explain.
