Toby went the extra mile. Annoyingly though, neither the AA insurance not the DVLA had a record of my particular model. This made insuring the car a real problem. I don't blame Vertu for this however.

Fantastic customer service throughout my visit. Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. They also charged my battery during the recall service as it had run low. The coffee & seating areas were also very clean.

The vehicle was secured from the online site, the part exchange and financial sides completed and it arrived in good time. Jamie kept me informed of updates, assisted with the handover and made a follow up call a few days after I took ownership.
